Sill plates, etc.

 Again a windy, chilly day, but lots of sun to keep us on task. Sill plate is in place now ready for rim boards and joists. But first we need to build the two pony walls to support the joists. 

Applying sill seal foam prior to sill plate.

Drilling to put additional bolts in the sill plate.

Pony wall brackets secured, ready for posts.
